This Consumer Product Safety & Regulatory Notice applies to all products expressly offered by Nephiz Labs as consumer products, including food supplements, cosmetic and topical products, wellness patches, fitness accessories and breathing-training devices.
This notice does not apply to products expressly labelled or described as “For Research Use Only”. Research Products remain governed by the separate Research Use Only & Not for Human Consumption Disclaimer.

1. Separate Product Classifications
Nephiz Labs offers different categories of products.
Products expressly presented as consumer products are intended to be used only in accordance with their product label, packaging, product-specific directions and warnings.
Products expressly labelled “For Research Use Only” are laboratory products and are not consumer products. They must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied topically or otherwise administered to humans or animals.
A product’s classification, permitted use and applicable warnings are determined by the information displayed on its individual product page and physical packaging.
Customers must not use a product for any purpose other than its expressly stated intended use.
2. Food Supplements
Products expressly classified as food supplements are intended for oral use by adults only, unless the product label expressly states otherwise.
Food supplements:
- are not medicines;
- must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease;
- must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle;
- must be used only according to the recommended daily portion;
- must be kept out of the reach of young children.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily portion.
Customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, preparing for surgery, experiencing a medical condition or receiving medical treatment should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using a food supplement.
Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if an unexpected or adverse reaction occurs.
Customers with allergies or intolerances must review the complete ingredient and allergen information before use.
3. Cosmetics and Topical Products
Products expressly classified as cosmetic products are intended for external cosmetic use only.
Unless the product instructions state otherwise:
- do not ingest;
- avoid direct contact with the eyes and mucous membranes;
- do not apply to broken, severely irritated or infected skin;
- perform a small-area patch test before first use;
- discontinue use if significant irritation, swelling, burning or an allergic reaction occurs;
- keep out of the reach of children.
Cosmetic products are intended to clean, perfume, protect, maintain or alter the appearance of the external parts of the human body. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions.
Individual results may vary according to skin type, application, frequency of use and other individual factors.
The complete ingredient list, nominal content, batch identification, durability information, precautions and Responsible Person details are provided on the product packaging or product page as applicable.
4. Wellness and Topical Patches
Products expressly classified as consumer wellness patches are intended for external use on intact skin only.
Before use:
- read the complete product instructions;
- check the ingredients for known allergies or sensitivities;
- ensure that the skin is clean, dry and undamaged;
- do not use a damaged, leaking, contaminated or previously opened patch.
Do not apply patches to wounds, infected skin, severely irritated skin, the eyes, mouth or other mucous membranes.
Discontinue use immediately if excessive heat, pain, blistering, swelling, persistent redness, numbness or another unexpected reaction occurs.
Do not use a patch for longer than the period stated on its packaging. Do not combine a heat-generating patch with an external heating pad, hot-water bottle or another heat source.
Persons with impaired skin sensation, circulation problems, diabetes, significant skin disorders or known sensitivity to adhesives should obtain appropriate medical advice before using topical patches.
Wellness patches are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent diseases unless a particular product has been separately and lawfully classified and marketed for such a purpose.
5. Fitness and Breathing-Training Devices
Products expressly classified as fitness or breathing-training accessories are intended for voluntary exercise and general fitness training.
They are not intended to diagnose, monitor, treat, cure or prevent respiratory, cardiovascular or other medical conditions.
Before each use:
- inspect the device for damage, contamination or loose components;
- follow the supplied resistance and cleaning instructions;
- begin at a comfortable resistance level;
- do not share a mouthpiece unless it has been properly cleaned and disinfected;
- keep the device away from children when not in use.
Stop use immediately if you experience dizziness, faintness, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, wheezing or unusual discomfort.
Persons with diagnosed respiratory or cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery or another relevant medical condition should obtain professional medical advice before beginning breathing-resistance training.
6. Individual Responses and Allergies
Ingredients and materials may cause different reactions in different individuals.
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- the complete ingredient or material list;
- allergen declarations;
- usage restrictions;
- storage instructions;
- product-specific warnings;
- recommended portions or usage duration.
The absence of a previous reaction does not guarantee that a future reaction will not occur.
7. Product Information and Images
Product images are provided for identification and presentation purposes. Packaging, colour, size, batch details and minor design elements may vary.
The physical product label and accompanying instructions must always be followed where they contain more specific or more recent safety information.
No laboratory test, quality certificate, ingredient certificate or batch report constitutes medical approval or guarantees that a product is appropriate for every individual.
8. Safe Storage
Consumer products must be stored according to the instructions shown on the product page or packaging.
Unless otherwise stated, products should be:
- stored in a cool, dry place;
- protected from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture;
- kept in their original packaging;
- kept out of the reach of children and animals;
- used before the stated durability or expiry date.
Do not use a product if its packaging is damaged, opened, leaking, contaminated or appears to have been tampered with.
9. Adverse Events and Product-Safety Reports
Customers should report serious or unexpected product-safety issues to: support@nephizlabs.com
Please include:
- order number;
- product name;
- batch or lot number;
- date of purchase;
- description of the issue;
- photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
In an emergency or where immediate medical attention may be required, contact the appropriate local emergency or poison-control service rather than waiting for a response from Nephiz Labs.
10. Recalls and Safety Communications
Nephiz Labs may issue safety notices, request the discontinuation of use, organise a product recall or contact affected customers where a potential safety or compliance concern is identified.
Customers must follow any recall or safety instructions supplied by Nephiz Labs, the manufacturer, a Responsible Person or a competent authority.
11. Availability and Local Requirements
Product availability may vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for checking whether a product may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed or used in their country. Nephiz Labs may restrict or cancel orders where legal, regulatory, safety, customs or product-classification concerns arise.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or product-safety protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
