This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains how orders placed through nephizlabs.com are processed, shipped, delivered, returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. General Shipping Information
Orders may be fulfilled from our own facilities, third-party logistics providers, fulfilment partners, or distribution centres.
The fulfilment location may vary depending on stock availability, destination country, logistics requirements, compliance considerations, and operational needs.
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and available destinations may vary and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed after full payment has been received and verified.
Processing time may vary depending on:
- payment confirmation;
- order volume;
- stock availability;
- compliance review;
- fraud prevention checks;
- destination country;
- warehouse or fulfilment partner workload;
- public holidays;
- carrier availability.
We reserve the right to delay, hold, review, cancel, or refuse any order if additional verification is required or if we suspect prohibited use, false information, fraud, illegal import, sanctions risk, payment risk, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Shipping costs may depend on:

- handling requirements;
- special packaging requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Shipping costs do not include customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or any other charges imposed by authorities or third parties.
4. Delivery Estimates
Any delivery estimate shown on the Website, at checkout, or in order communications is an estimate only.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- customs clearance;
- customs inspections;
- import restrictions;
- carrier delays;
- incorrect shipping information;
- failed delivery attempts;
- payment verification;
- compliance checks;
- public holidays;
- weather events;
- strikes;
- force majeure events;
- regulatory actions;
- high order volume;
- third-party logistics delays;
- security or fraud checks.
Nephiz Labs is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, regulators, payment providers, fulfilment partners, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Customer Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information.
You must ensure that your shipping address includes all required details, including where applicable:
- full legal name or company name;
- street address;
- building number;
- apartment, unit, suite, or floor number;
- postal code;
- city;
- country;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- any additional delivery instructions required by the carrier.
Nephiz Labs is not responsible for failed, delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or requires reshipment due to incorrect customer information, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, handling, return, storage, or carrier fees.
6. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and accepting delivery.
If a package cannot be delivered because the customer:
- provided an incorrect or incomplete address;
- failed to collect the package;
- refused delivery;
- was unavailable for delivery;
- did not respond to carrier notifications;
- failed to provide required customs information;
- failed to pay import duties or taxes;
- failed to comply with local import requirements;
then Nephiz Labs may refuse refund or reshipment to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any additional costs caused by failed delivery may be charged to the customer.
7. Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided by email or through the customer account.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not always update in real time.
Nephiz Labs is not responsible for incorrect, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable tracking information provided by third-party carriers.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, the shipment will generally be considered delivered unless the carrier confirms otherwise.
8. Import, Customs, and Local Law Compliance
The customer is solely responsible for determining whether the ordered products may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed, stored, handled, used, and disposed of in the customer’s country, state, region, or locality.
Nephiz Labs does not guarantee that any product is lawful for import, possession, storage, handling, or use in any particular jurisdiction.
Customers are solely responsible for:
- checking local laws before ordering;
- obtaining any required import permits, licenses, or authorizations;
- customs clearance;
- paying customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, and fees;
- complying with laboratory, chemical, product-safety, pharmaceutical, medical, food, cosmetic, controlled-substance, and import regulations;
- ensuring that products are not used for prohibited purposes.
If customs, border authorities, regulators, or carriers seize, hold, delay, reject, return, destroy, or confiscate a shipment due to local laws, import restrictions, missing permits, unpaid duties, or compliance concerns, Nephiz Labs is not responsible for any resulting loss, delay, cost, penalty, or damage, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Restricted Countries and Refusal of Shipment
Nephiz Labs reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or refuse shipping to any country, region, person, business, address, or entity at any time.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we believe that fulfilment may create:
- legal risk;
- regulatory risk;
- customs risk;
- sanctions risk;
- payment risk;
- fraud risk;
- safety risk;
- reputational risk;
- violation of our Terms & Conditions;
- risk of prohibited human or animal use.
If an order is cancelled before acceptance or dispatch, we will normally refund the payment received, unless we are legally required or permitted to withhold funds due to fraud, sanctions, chargeback abuse, payment-provider restrictions, or other legal obligations.
10. Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility
For Business Customers, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer when the shipment is handed to the carrier, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
For Consumers, where mandatory consumer law applies, risk transfers according to the applicable mandatory law.
Title to products transfers only after full payment has been received.
11. Damaged, Opened, or Compromised Packages
You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, opened, leaking, warm, crushed, tampered with, compromised, or otherwise visibly affected, you must contact us immediately at support@nephizlabs.com.
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- order number;
- tracking number;
- clear photos of the outer package;
- clear photos of the shipping label;
- clear photos of the product packaging;
- clear photos of the damaged or affected product;
- description of the issue;
- any carrier damage report, if available.
You must keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Failure to report visible shipping damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to investigate, replace, or refund the order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments
If a package appears delayed, lost, or not delivered, the customer must contact us at support@nephizlabs.com.
A shipment is not considered lost until the carrier confirms loss or until a reasonable investigation period has passed.
We may require time to open a carrier investigation.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost and the loss was not caused by incorrect customer information, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, customs issues, import restrictions, or customer non-compliance, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If tracking confirms delivery, we may not be able to refund or replace the order unless the carrier confirms misdelivery or loss.
13. Temperature-Sensitive and Sensitive Products
Certain products may be sensitive to temperature, light, moisture, contamination, handling, storage, or time in transit.
Customers are responsible for promptly receiving, inspecting, and properly storing products after delivery.
Nephiz Labs is not responsible for product degradation, loss of integrity, reduced quality, contamination, or damage caused by:
- delayed collection;
- missed delivery attempts;
- incorrect address;
- customer absence;
- heat exposure after delivery;
- freezing after delivery;
- improper storage;
- opening or unsealing;
- customer mishandling;
- failure to follow storage instructions;
- customs delay;
- carrier delay outside our control.
14. Returns Policy — General Rule
Due to the nature of our products, including research products, sealed goods, sensitive materials, hygiene risks, contamination risks, batch integrity concerns, sterility concerns, safety concerns, and potential temperature-control requirements, all sales are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that:
- were correctly supplied;
- were ordered by mistake;
- are no longer wanted;
- were delayed by customs or carriers outside our control;
- were opened or unsealed;
- were used or handled;
- were damaged after delivery;
- were improperly stored;
- were temperature-exposed after delivery;
- cannot be safely reintroduced into inventory;
- were seized, delayed, rejected, returned, or destroyed due to local import restrictions or customer failure to comply with law;
- were purchased for a prohibited or improper purpose.
15. No Returns Without Authorization
Do not send products back without prior written authorization from Nephiz Labs.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, destroyed, quarantined, or not refunded.
Because research products and sensitive goods may present contamination, safety, hygiene, or integrity risks, returned items may not be eligible for resale or reintroduction into inventory.
16. Limited Exceptions
Limited exceptions to the all-sales-final rule may apply where:
- the wrong product was delivered;
- the product was materially defective at delivery;
- the package was visibly damaged or compromised during transit and properly reported within the required timeframe;
- the package was confirmed lost by the carrier;
- mandatory consumer law requires a remedy;
- Nephiz Labs approves a replacement or refund at its discretion.
Any claim must be submitted to support@nephizlabs.com within 7 days of delivery, unless mandatory law provides a longer period.
17. Required Evidence for Claims
For any replacement, refund, missing-item, wrong-item, or damaged-item claim, the customer must provide sufficient evidence.
Required evidence may include:
- order number;
- tracking number;
- batch number, if available;
- clear photos of the product;
- clear photos of the product label;
- clear photos of the packaging;
- clear photos of any damage;
- description of the issue;
- carrier report, if available;
- any additional information reasonably required to investigate the claim.
We reserve the right to refuse a claim if the customer does not provide sufficient evidence.
18. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method where technically possible.
Refund timing may depend on:
- payment provider processing time;
- bank processing time;
- compliance review;
- fraud review;
- chargeback status;
- cryptocurrency network processing;
- internal verification.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our confirmed error or mandatory law requires otherwise.
Customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, bank fees, payment provider fees, cryptocurrency transaction fees, and third-party charges are not refundable by Nephiz Labs.
19. Cryptocurrency Refunds
If the original payment was made using cryptocurrency, approved refunds may be issued in the original cryptocurrency, another cryptocurrency, or the order currency equivalent, at our discretion and subject to technical availability.
Cryptocurrency refunds may be affected by:
- network fees;
- exchange-rate fluctuations;
- wallet address accuracy;
- blockchain delays;
- payment processor limitations;
- compliance review.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct wallet address where required.
Nephiz Labs is not liable for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, blockchain errors, network congestion, exchange-rate changes, or third-party wallet issues.
20. Exchanges
We generally do not offer exchanges.
Where a replacement is approved due to wrong item, material defect, confirmed carrier loss, or confirmed shipping damage, the replacement will normally be limited to the same product or an equivalent product at our discretion.
21. EU / EEA / UK Customers and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where a customer is legally classified as a Consumer under applicable EU, EEA, UK, or national consumer law, mandatory consumer protections may apply.
However, the right of withdrawal, cancellation, return, or refund may be excluded or lost where applicable law permits exclusion, including but not limited to:
- products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing;
- temperature-sensitive goods;
- goods that cannot safely be returned due to their nature;
- goods that cannot be reintroduced into inventory due to contamination, safety, sterility, or integrity concerns;
- custom-made, batch-specific, or specially handled goods where applicable.
Where mandatory law grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.
22. Research Products
Research products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption.
Due to their nature, research products are generally not eligible for return once dispatched, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where Nephiz Labs approves a remedy.
Research products must not be returned without written authorization, because returned research materials may present contamination, integrity, storage, chain-of-custody, hygiene, or safety concerns.
23. Non-Research Products
If Nephiz Labs offers non-research products, such as general merchandise, accessories, or other items not classified as research products, different return rules may apply where stated on the product page or required by law.
Products that are sealed, hygiene-sensitive, safety-sensitive, consumable, perishable, or unsuitable for return after opening may still be excluded from return to the maximum extent permitted by law.
24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us first at support@nephizlabs.com so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- account suspension;
- refusal of future orders;
- recovery of chargeback fees;
- collection of outstanding amounts;
- legal action where appropriate.
This does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
25. Address Changes and Order Modifications
Customers must review all order details before placing an order.
We cannot guarantee that address changes, product changes, or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfilment, packing, or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.
Nephiz Labs is not responsible for losses caused by customer failure to correct incorrect order information before dispatch.
26. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation by contacting support@nephizlabs.com.
Cancellation is not guaranteed.
An order cannot normally be cancelled once it has been accepted, processed, packed, dispatched, or handed to a fulfilment partner or carrier.
If cancellation is approved, refunds may be reduced by non-refundable payment provider fees, cryptocurrency transaction fees, handling costs, or other costs already incurred, where permitted by law.
27. Order Cancellation by Nephiz Labs
Nephiz Labs may cancel, refuse, restrict, hold, or refund any order if we believe that:
- the customer provided false, incomplete, or misleading information;
- the customer may intend prohibited use;
- the order may violate applicable law;
- the product may be illegal to import into the destination country;
- payment is incomplete or suspicious;
- the order creates fraud, chargeback, sanctions, regulatory, safety, or reputational risk;
- the customer requested dosage, injection, ingestion, administration, medical, veterinary, cosmetic, bodybuilding, performance, weight-loss, anti-aging, or personal-use guidance;
- stock is unavailable;
- pricing or product information contained an error;
- fulfilment is commercially unreasonable or unsafe.
